When you sign up an account with us, a user ID will be provided. You need to use this ID and our China warehouse address as the receiver and receiver address in your China shopping platform profile. The items you order will be shipped to this warehouse, we will deliver the items to your doorstep after we receive them.

1. You should place your orders through the China shopping platforms, with proper profile setting telling them to send to our China warehouse, instead of sending to you directly.

2. After you have fulfilled their order process, you need to wait until they have shipped out the items(to our warehouse) and you will be provided with the shipping agent tracking numbers.

3. You are required to add each of the tracking numbers into our system under the Parcels in our Account section. Our automated system will keep on tracking the receipt of the parcels and inform you by Telegram.

4. When you found the items you have added under the Parcels sections are shown with red trolleys, it means these parcels have already received by our warehouse and are ready to be shipped. You just need to choose the parcels you want to ship by clicking the red trolleys, then proceed to complete the order placing steps.

After you have made the shipping order, you will be informed once the parcels are packed and with finalised freight charges, you just need to fulfill the payment by using your preferred method in the payment section.

After you have made the payment, you should be able to receive your parcels within 7 to 10 days.
